Daniel has personally undergone a dramatic physical evolution, from 115 kg to 80 kg through strategic fat loss, and later rebuilding to 120 kg through advanced hypertrophy protocols. Having experienced both significant fat loss and advanced muscle gain, Daniel deeply understands every stage of physical transformation, from foundational weight loss to competitive-level physique development.
