George is a fitness coach at Fittopia. His journey into fitness started from a simple yet powerful motivation - the desire to become stronger, improve his physique, and push his personal limits. What began as casual gym training gradually grew into a serious passion, leading him to invest deeply in learning proper techniques, training structure, and the science behind body transformation. As a coach, George focuses on helping clients build muscle, lose fat, and shape their bodies through science-backed methods. He believes that real transformation comes from consistency, progressive overload, and a training style that fits the individual.
