Her love for sports dates back to her childhood, where she first discovered the joy of running long distances, and her journey expanded to include tennis, soccer, and resistance training at the gym. She realized that physical fitness is linked to mental well-being when she experienced the physical and mental benefits of an active lifestyle.

Kana wants her clients to be knowledgeable on the various types of exercises and proper form, and to make sure you leave feeling stronger, with more energy and confidence than when you walked in.
