About
Liam is a highly experienced personal trainer with over 10 years of expertise in the field. He is passionate about sports and practiced track and field during his studies. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2012, he started his career as a Personal Trainer. Liam holds certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and IPTFA (International Personal Trainers and Fitness Academy). He possesses a comprehensive understanding of sports performance, injury prevention, and effective training methods, and is experienced in working with clients of all fitness levels - from beginners to competitive athletes - tailoring programs to meet each individual's unique goals and needs.
