About
Michelle is a female fitness trainer at Fittopia. Like many women, she once followed an unhealthy diet to maintain a slim shape. After giving birth to her daughter, she realized that this cycle of poor eating habits was detrimental - weakening her both mentally and physically and depriving her body of essential nutrients.
Fortunately, Michelle discovered a new journey in weight training. This not only allowed her to enjoy eating more but also taught her to take the right amount of nutrition for her body, helping her achieve a healthy physique.
As a female trainer, Michelle's goal is to help other women who struggle with body image issues. She aims to share the right knowledge about proper nutrition and use her training experience to help them reach their physique goals.

In the beginning, I sent her photos of my meals daily, and she would go through them with me, teaching me how to calculate my calories and macros. In just two months, my body fat dropped from 33% to 23%, and my muscle mass increased by around 2kg.”
