About

Ryan is a fitness coach with a strong background in high-level competitive hockey. From a young age, athletics played a central role in his life, and years of elite hockey instilled discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of performance, recovery, and injury prevention. Transitioning from the demands of competitive sport, he began applying the same mindset to strength training and physique development.

With over 10 years of natural lifting experience, Ryan has built his approach around consistency, proper technique, and evidence-based training. Alongside his athletic career, he has also worked as a model, gaining firsthand insight into physique aesthetics, body composition, and presentation - experience that now informs how he helps clients achieve both performance-driven and aesthetic goals.

As a coach, his mission is to help individuals build strong, functional, and sustainable physiques through intelligent training and realistic nutrition strategies. He believes fitness extends beyond the gym and into daily habits, confidence, and long-term health. Drawing from sports, bodybuilding, and modeling, Ryan aims to help clients not only look their best, but move and feel their best, progressing ever forward together every step of the way.
